Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you offer free shipping in the UK?
Yes! We provide free standard delivery across the United Kingdom on all orders. Each package is handled with care to ensure secure and timely arrival.
2. Can I have my order delivered to a parcel locker or collection point?
Not currently. We only ship directly to the residential or business address provided at checkout.
3. What are your typical delivery timelines?
Orders placed by 6:00 PM (GMT) on weekdays are processed within 1 to 2 working days. After dispatch, delivery generally takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Please allow 6 to 9 days total during busy periods.
4. How can I track my delivery?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s progress via our Order Tracking Page.
5. Which couriers do you use?
We ship using Royal Mail, DHL, and other trusted UK couriers to ensure reliable delivery.
6. My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Start by checking the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation. If the tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel seems delayed, contact us at info@aesthetics-mode.com. If your item is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
7. What if my parcel arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at info@aesthetics-mode.com within 7 days of receiving the package. Include your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll take care of it immediately.

If something’s not quite right, contact us at info@aesthetics-mode.com within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags intact.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we inspect the returned item. We’ll send a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
10. Who covers return postage?
If the item is defective, incorrect or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping. If you're returning it for other reasons (e.g. change of mind), the return costs are your responsibility. Please contact us before sending anything back.
